But here's the actual thing:

• They're sharing a customized formulation based on past experience
• Supporting you through the process with cheerleading, positive reinforcement, listening, and accountability
• AND they're space holders for your transformation through an energetic exchange

Hiring a business coach is one of the best things I've ever done for myself, and coaching women proves to me time and time again the true value that lies in this gorgeous industry I'm so honored to be a part of. Women in online business is EVERYTHING!!!

I'm pulling back the curtain on what I personally do as a business coach.

And I can segment it into two distinct topics:

1. Marketing & Strategy

2. Mindset & Energetics

When it comes to marketing: my clients and I do a lot of education and strategy that is customized to their unique business and where they're at, their strengths and desired results, and where their ideal client is at through one-on-one coaching calls.

When it comes to mindset: my clients and I do a lot of beautiful discussion, truths vs. untruth conversations, holding space for the specific scenario, listening to what trigger is coming up, and 'inviting' the guest in to teach and/or guide them, and reprogramming and rewriting to live out a different story. We do this through Voxer voice chatting and leveraging your favorite support tools like chakra balancing, meditations, dream journaling, tapping, card pulls, and more! (And the Voxer chats are available to you daily if need be!)
